Soles of Silk - paddle boats

It's been a while since I have done photos with Layla. We lost touch, it seems, for a little over a year. She recently contacted me about posing again, but we were unable to schedule anything in the time being. That being said, I still had a set of hers that I haven't published from our last shoot - one that took place in the rain.
This was the third set of the day and it was lightly drizzling the entire time. By the time this set was shot Layla's toes were slightly pruned from being wet for a few hours and they looked too cute!
We shot the set on a bench by a small lake. There were some paddle boats in the background and with the tree close to the bench, I decided to use the area in case the sky opened up and it began to pour. My camera was brand new at the time and I was super scared it was going to get soaked.
